This past Friday, we welcomed Raegan Marie into our lives. We have been waiting for 10 months for this wonderful day and it was just that. Here’s a picture sure to wet your appetite for more in the next couple days.

8 1/2 Months Pregnant

If you would have told me 8 1/2 months ago that Mandy was going to sail through pregnancy without having morning sickness or weird cravings for pickles and chocolate…together, I would have told you that you were crazy. But Mandy has done an amazing job thus far. We are just a few weeks away now (6 to be exact) and excited as all get out.

So, I Thought I Was Done….

And that’s what I get for thinking. At least, that’s what Mandy says.

And no one even got hurt…jk!  The nursery is complete…finally after about 12 hours of work all together.  Thanks to the Padgetts and the Warners for their help.

 

Mandy at 5 months

 

Well, Mandy is 5 months along and some of you (our Florida friends) have requested to see Mandy’s belly. Here it is in all of its splendor and glory. She has done well with the pregnancy thus far. No morning sickness, but a few headaches here and there. I am proud of her for doing so well, but we still have a few months to go. We are both eagerly anticipating the big day!

For those of you who don’t know, Mandy and I are having a little girl.  Mandy is about 5 months along and we are ecstatic.  I wanted a boy at first, but then I started taking note of all the dads around me with their little girls.  The girls always had their dads wrapped around their little pinky’s and I thought to myself “That’s what I want.”  So, God heard our prayers and gave us a little girl.  Here’s one picture from the most recent ultrasound. Sorry, the picture is a little off tilt. If you click on it, you can see an enlarged version.
